Jenni met and went beyond expectations on the trip. She was EXCELLENT. Jenni was kind and caring and also clear and firm about meeting times and places….these are all great attributes. Jenni has very good knowledge and is well organised.

Jenni is a treasure. She was constantly checking that everyone was being cared for and helping to solve problems as they arose.
